Who needs Thailand Elite

Yes, you can start your business in Thailand, get a work permit and a business visa, and extend both of them annually - naturally, at a charge. Starting a business just for a business visa purpose, however, doesn’t seem to be a rational solution.

Just in order to get a longer than tourist stay stamp in your passport, you'll have to register a company, hire an office and at least 4 paid Thai staff, apply for social security, general taxation and VAT company's registration, go abroad to get the first visa for 3 months, only after which may you get your work permit.

Those who don’t wish to be stuck to a permanent business in Thailand with all above stated, should rather consider Thailand Elite as an easier alternative.
