Registering a company and obtaining a work permit

How long will take the whole process of company registration and obtaining a work permit (WP)?
We give you an example of what a registration plan might look like, including the search of office and Thai employees and extension of a business visa for one year.

• A letter from the labor department is valid for 30 days, during which you must apply for WP.
• We recommend to find 4 Thai employees by the time of filing for WP, otherwise WP may be issued for less than 1 year.
