Allowance paid to employee upon dismissal


What to do if you need to fire an employee while he did not violate the terms of the employment contract, did not skip work and did not steal? Of course, it is good if you can agree and by mutual agreement terminate the employment contract.

If it is impossible to agree, dismissal without reason will entail the obligation of the employer to pay the compensation.

The amount of the dismissal compensation will depend on the total period during which the employee has worked for the company, including the probationary period.

These provisions apply to both Thai and foreign employees.
