A must for each foreigner residing in Thailand (90 days report to immigration)

If you are staying in Thailand for 90 days and more, you have to submit a notification form TM47 to the immigration office (90-days report).

Usually a fine for not complying with this requirement is 2,000 Baht, but can be up to 5,000 Baht plus 200 Baht for each day of delay.

You can submit notifications both in person and using an agent.
