Updating company documents

Company documents in Thailand may be outdated and unsuitable for certain purposes, but they do not lose legal force. In this case, you need to update it in the DBD (Business Development Department). ⠀

The "age" of your company’s documents is calculated from the date of company’s registration, recent changes or last update. ⠀

You may be asked for a copy of company documents "not older than" one, three or six months in such cases:

✔ Opening or closing a bank account ⠀

✔ Obtaining licenses (tourist, licenses for online trading, FDA, etc.)

✔During receiving visas and work permits for employees

✔ Registration of sale or lease property in the land department

It is difficult to list all situations when updated company documents may be required. In any case, you can update the company documents by contacting us.
