You as an investor gets the option to buy the unit today, pay in full and get 10% yearly paid monthly from March 1st 2018 - February 28, 2021 (36 months in total). You as the investor can at this point choose whether you want New Nordic Group to buy back your unit at the purchase price or if you want to keep it yourselves.

5 YEAR RENTAL GUARANTEE & BUY BACK

You get the option to buy a unit and have a 5-year rental guarantee of 9% net yearly paid monthly from the project becomes operational. You as the investor can at this point choose whether you want New NordicGroup to buy back your unit at the purchase price or if you want to keep it yourselves.

New Nordic Group also apply new conditions for all investment options with rental return for 10 years from 1st of March 2018 onwards.
