Taxes and enterprise accounting, keeping primary documentation, Phuket, 30.05.2014

May 30, 2014 in Phuket seminar was held on the topic "Taxes and enterprise accounting, keeping primary documentation in Thailand."

Event was organized by Consulting Agency InvestEast(Pattaya) and the Central Exhibition Real Estate Phuket Property Show (Phuket).

The purpose of such events - to talk and discuss about legal issues topics that arise from foreigners in Thailand in different spheres of life and business when working with clients, contractors and employees, the purchase of real estate and the conclusion of other types of transactions.

The seminar was held by Aleksandra Agapitova, Development Director of Consulting Agency InvestEast.

The seminar program included the following topics:

1. Corporate income tax, withholding tax

2. Value added tax (VAT)

3. Personal Income Tax, Social Security payments

4. Features taxation for real estate transactions

5. The primary documentation of the company: the basic rules of conduct

6. Questions and answers, discussion

Seminar on the territory of Phuket Property Show Exhibition had an increased interest from the local business audience. More than 20 people attended the event. According to the survey participants was found the big interest to the such kind of seminars, the topics for future events were discussed. This joint project is expected to be successful and popular in Phuket.

Organizers plan to unite businessmen and top managers working in various fields, wishing to raise the overall level of legal culture, gain new knowledge in a particular field of activity, as well as to establish business relations in the learning process.
