On July 24, 2014 in the main office of company Global Top Group was held a seminar on the topic of "The organization and conduct of business in Thailand".

The main purpose of the seminar was to highlight the practical issues of state registration of the companies in Thailand.

The seminar program included the following questions:

1. Forms of legal business organization. Thai companies with foreign participation.

- The main types of business entities.

- Key differences between the partnership and the company. - Signs of a foreign legal entity.

2. Preparation for the registration of the company: organizational issues, tax and business planning, partnership agreement.

- Organizational issues to be addressed before signing up. - The main provisions of the partnership agreement. - Recommendations for the preparation of the tax and the business plan.

3. Register of the company. Statutory documents: a minimum package.

- The procedure of state registration of the company: normative regulation and practical implementation. - Description and value of each document included in the package of statutory documents.

4. Completion of registration: Social Insurance registration, permits and licenses. Payment of the authorized capital.

- Required documents and information for registration in Social Security. - The order of formation and payment of the authorized capital, investment and comparative characteristics of the share capital.

5. The main mistakes in the organization of business in Thailand.

- Errors in the lease agreement. - The signing of the documents in the Thai language without translation.

- The absence of binding instruments. - Late submission of tax and other reporting. - Errors when working with Thai staff. - Errors in the purchase of existing businesses.

The seminar was held by Alexandra Agapitova, Development Director of the Consulting Agency InvestEast.
