Together with our partners Thai Visa Easy, we provide support in all procedures for obtaining a visa (tourist, business, guardian, Thailand Elite) and COE (Certificate of entry) at every stage.

At the moment, getting to Thailand is not easy, so we can take on all the complex formalities of organizing your trip.

Concierge services include:

1. Organization of obtaining tourist, work, guardian, student and Thailand Elite visas to Thailand (we will organize the receipt of these types of visas at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand in the country where the client is located. In case the embassy is closed in the host country, we contact the nearest consulate )

2. Flight search (daily update of possible departures)

3. Organizing the purchase of health insurance that meets the requirements of the consulate

4. Maximum possible support in communication with the consulate and/or with the visa center

5. Make an appointment at the consulate/visa center

6. Filling out forms for filing documents:

- declaration for COE

- filling out a visa application form for each family member

7. Organization of obtaining permission to obtain COE

8. Organization of receiving COE

9. Booking a flight

10. Assistance in proof of residence after ASQ (for tourist visas)

11. Assistance in choosing an ASQ hotel and negotiating with the hotel

12. Booking a hotel for quarantine

13. Arranging a meeting at the clinic for a COVID-19 test

14. Organization of a meeting at the clinic to obtain a certificate Fit to fly

15. Organization of translation of the COVID-19 test and Fit to fly certificate

16. Organization of a meeting with a notary (if needed)

17. Filling out the hotel quarantine forms:

- consent to undergo quarantine

- consent to undergo quarantine in one room

18. Registration at the hospital for each family member

19. Sending the documents to ASQ hotel

20. Checking all the documents before boarding

21. Arranging a meeting at the airport for transfer to ASQ hotel
