Buying an apartment in a condominium: taxes and fees


Before signing the condominium unit sale and purchase contract, it is necessary to check the title documents, the estimate value of the property, as well as the amount of taxes and fees that will be paid for registering the transaction.

Taxes and fees are calculated based on a larger amount: estimate value or transaction value.

Payment shall be made at the Land Department on the day of registration of the transaction in cash by the buyer and seller according to the agreement of the parties (if it is a secondary sale).
