Business seminar in Pattaya was held on 17th of May 2018

On May 17th InvestEast hold another business seminar in Thailand, this time the topic was "Business organization and management in Thailand". Main speaker of the seminar was Ms. Alexandra Agapitova, Developing Director and Head of Legal department at Consulting Agency InvestEast. Aleksandra has a diploma in commercial law, 15 years of experience in jurisprudence, including 8 years in Thailand.

On seminar we talked in detaisl about the preparation for the opening of a business, the procedure of a company registration and the further difficulties that entrepreneurs in Thailand may face, and how to solve them. As usual, we spread the time with the theory and practice. After a seminar many questions was given answers by speakers and practical discussion was held between participants.
