Construction Record of 2017

In 2017, Thailand completed or launched in the total 268 projects. According to information from the Real Estate Agency, this is a record for the past 23 years.

In these projects, there are 117,250 real estate objects, 91% of which have already been sold (107,096 properties).

The President of the Real Estate Agency, Mr. Sopon Pornhokchai, proposed to the government take measures to protect buyers who made an advance payment for the off plan projects.

In the first quarter of 2017, demand for residential real estate in the Kingdom increased by 14% compared to the same period last year.
