Taxes and Accounting in the company, keeping primary documentation, 15.05.2014

On May 15, 2014 in the office of Consulting Agency InvestEast was held a seminar "Tax and accounting in the company, keeping primary documentation," the first of a series planned seminars on legal topics.

The seminar leader: Agapitova Aleksandra, Development Director of Consulting Agency InvestEast , business consultant with many years of experience in Thailand.

The seminar program included the following topics:

1. Corporate income tax, withholding tax.

2. Value added tax (VAT), specific individual transactions. Business tax.

3. Personal Income Tax, Social Security payments.

4. Primary records of the company: compilation rules.

The students were transferred to specially prepared for the event materials, as well as a seminar participant certificates and discount coupons for services agencies.

Questions that were asked by participants, however, were not included in the scope of the topic, will be sure disclosed in subsequent seminars.
