“Real Estate and Business. Investment Climate of Thailand” business conference. Phuket. September 26, 2014

The seminar organized by the InvestEast consulting agency with the support of the Phuket Property Show on "Real Estate and Business. Investment Climate of Thailand" took place on September 26, 2014

The conference consisted of two seminars "Real estate transactions: preparation, registration, taxation" and "Organization and conducting business in Thailand." The investment climate of Thailand and the privileges of the Board of Investment had been considered as a separate issue.

Mrs. Aleksandra Agapitova, the development director of InvestEast consulting agency was the speaker of the conference.

Seminars were held in an interactive mode, each of the guests had the opportunity
to give any question and get a detailed answer with reference to the legislation of Thailand, with examples from experience, as well as to know the speaker's opinion during the presentation

At the end of the main program there was a discussion about the features of doing business in Thailand, the differences in the procedures between Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, job prospects in the region in the light of the future integration of ASEAN into a common Economic Community (AEC).

The scheme of interaction with the Board of Investment of Thailand from the date of application and prior to approval and project realization based on the example of real acting business had been shown at the request of the guests of the seminar

The participants received the links to the main legislation acts that govern the real estate and business issues, as well as the links to information sources, official state bodies' websites and other useful resources related to the conference issues.
